Friday, July 4, 2025 – Cheap Trick + Fireworks (Rotary Green)

Firework Show: Approx. 9:30 PM

Start your Independence Day celebration with legendary rock band Cheap Trick, right here in Elk Grove Village! With classic hits like “Surrender,” “I Want You to Want Me,” and “Dream Police,” this Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band will light up the stage before the Lions Club Fireworks Show caps off the night. Get there early, it’s one of the biggest events of the summer!

Thursday, July 17, 2025 – O.A.R. + Drone Show (Rotary Green)

Tuesday, July 29, 2025 – Bachman-Turner Overdrive (Village Green)

Sooner or later good things have to come to an end… The 2025 Summer Concert Series finale will be headed by Bachman-Turner Overdrive with hits like “Takin’ Care of Business” and “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet.” Expect high-energy riffs and rock nostalgia as we enjoy this unforgettable closing show at the Village Green.

Rotary Green is located next to Lions Park near Rainbow Falls waterpark. Village Green, nestled between the Elk Grove Village Public Library and the municipal building, offers a more relaxed park setting with great acoustics and views.

FAQs

What time can I setup my chairs?

July 4th – Chair setup will be permitted beginning at 8:00am.

July 17, 22 and 29 – Chair setup will be permitted beginning at 3:00pm

Any chairs set up prior to these times will be removed and placed at the edge of the concert area

No blankets, tarps, caution tape or ground coverings are allowed to reserve space. 

Please be courteous and respectful of other patrons as you set up your chairs and note that chairs are not permitted in the marked aisles.  Also, while you are welcome to set up your chairs and return later in the day, the Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or moved items. 

What kind of food and drink options will be available?

July 4 – Food will be available by purchase. All proceeds will go directly to the Elk Grove Village Lions Club. Visit here for more information. Concert attendees are welcome to bring in food and drink from home, or buy food from nearby eateries and bring it in. Any food brought in should be ready to eat. Cooking food on-site will not be permitted.

What can I bring?

For the safety, comfort and convenience of attendees, the Village does not allow tables, tarps, construction tape, blankets, towels or any similar ground coverings at the concert.

Chairs and coolers are welcome and encouraged.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol! Alcohol will be sold at the July 17 concerts.

For July 4 and 17, please note that no alcohol is permitted on school property, which includes the Elk Grove High School Fields across the street from the concert. 

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are permitted on public property, but they must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that there will be a large crowd and loud concert, which may cause distress to your pet. Please consider the safety and comfort of your pet and other concert attendees as you make your plans. If a problem arises, you will be asked to remove your dog from the premises.

How can I request an accessibility accomodation?

Questions regarding accommodations for attendees with disabilities should be directed to ada@elkgrove.org.  Attendees are encouraged to e-mail ada@elkgrove.org as early as possible with any questions or specific accommodation requests.

In order to make the necessary arrangements, requests for accommodation must be submitted not later than one week prior to the concert for which the accommodations are needed.
